Caution before using 3 In 1 PH Moisture Temperature Soil Tester:
1. Clean the surface of the probe with a wipe before each measurement, wait until the instrument shows a pH value of 7.00 in the air before the next measurement.
2. This instrument cannot be used to measure liquids.
3. For soil containing stones, bark and debris, please take care when using the product, violent use will damage the probe and affect the life of the product
4. It is not advisable to leave the instrument in the soil for long periods of time (more than half an hour) to avoid oxidation of the probe surface, which may lead to inaccurate or unstable measurement data.
5. If the instrument is low on power and the battery symbol on the LCD shows empty, replace the battery promptly, otherwise will affect the accuracy.
6. Automatic switch-off: no operation within 5 minutes, will switch-off automatically.
7. The data from the first measurement is the soil activation buffer value and is not used as an actual measurement standard; the value must be averaged from multiple measurements after the second.
8. If there is any grease or other type of contamination on the surface of the probe, clean the surface with a 99 percent pure alcohol (anhydrous ethanol) cotton ball.
